Three generations of family came to Kodiak Island Resort and had a great time fishing, crabbing, wildlife viewing and sharing quality family time together. This group has returned to our lodge several times over the years and the grandmother retains the lodge record yelloweye rockfish of 31 pounds caught back in 2005. The grandfather, daughter and grandkids are regularly out-fished by the grandmother but everyone enjoys trying to top her. She again caught the biggest fish landed during the most recent visit.
